Donor egg

When pregnancy is not possible with your own eggs, donor egg IVF offers new possibilities. This is a powerful option for:

• Individuals with diminished ovarian reserve or premature menopause
• Those who’ve experienced repeated IVF failures

• Cancer survivors with impaired egg function

Fresh vs. Frozen Donor Eggs

We offer both fresh and frozen egg donor cycles, giving you flexibility and choice:

Fresh Egg Donor Cycle

• Eggs come from a known or agency donor and are retrieved specifically for your cycle
• All retrieved eggs are yours
• Fertilization occurs immediately after retrieval

Frozen Egg Donor Cycle

• Eggs are purchased in batches (usually 6–8) from an anonymous donor
• Eggs are thawed and fertilized for IVF
• Allows quicker scheduling and lower costs

You may choose an anonymous donor through a trusted agency or a known donor such as a friend or relative. No matter your path, we’ll guide you through the medical, emotional, and legal considerations with care and transparency.

Gestational surrogacy

If you’re unable to carry a pregnancy yourself, gestational surrogacy allows another person to carry your embryo without a genetic connection to the child. This is often the best option for:

• People who’ve had a hysterectomy or uterine health issues
• Patients for whom pregnancy would pose medical risks
• Those who’ve experienced recurrent pregnancy loss
• LGBTQ+ couples needing a gestational carrier

We do not offer traditional surrogacy (in which the surrogate provides the egg), but we provide full support for gestational surrogacy, including referrals to reputable agencies and legal resources.
